About me
Hi, I’m Amy Jerome, a Bradley Method® childbirth instructor, certified by the American Academy of Husband-Coached Childbirth® (AAHCC) since 2002. I live in Wilmington, North Carolina with my husband and three daughters.
Register for the class
In my 10-week course, parents will engage in discussions and activities that nourish mother and baby. Classes cover topics such as nutrition, exercise and stress management. Parents will have the opportunity to participate in yoga, massage and meditation practice.
